COVID Protocols

As we continue to try to navigate through these trying times and also add a little fun into the mix, the Lakewood Athletic Boosters takes the safety of everyone attending the Night at the Races event very seriously.  We know there is not one size fits all way to do this but after much discussion and review of other protocols, the following will be in place for the nigh of the event:

The day of the event, the following protocols will be in place:

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event

  • While volunteers are working, they will wear masks

  • We will require vaccine cards or proof of a negative test at the door - this will be the first stop when entering the building.

  • There is a pre-check option below to load your vaccine card or negative test results prior to the night of the event.

Types of tests acceptable:

  • Negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event

  • Antigen rapid test taken within 24 hours of the event

  • Home test taken the day of the event

Negative test results and vaccine cards can be shown on a cell phone, the home test must show negative results taken the day of the event.

For a quicker check in process, we will provide a secure online submission of  your vaccine card or negative test result. Online submission is NOT required but will speed check in.

All information will be secure and confidential and only accessible to the event committee members.  We understand that everyone may not be comfortable with this method, therefore proof can also be shown the day of the event at the door.

Pre-Check in is now closed. Vaccine and Test will Results can be shown in person at the door.
